A finance industry veteran, is a founding Director at Newcophill. With almost four decades of experience, including fifteen years at Deutsche Bank, Peter excels in capital raising and corporate finance. Over two decades, he has founded and managed various enterprises taking them through to profitability and currently serves as Newcophill's Chairman and CEO. With leadership roles spanning more than 20 years, Peter, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, brings extensive knowledge and experience to the company having served as a director or chair on boards since 2003.

 Steve Georgiadis has over 24 years legal experience and is a results-driven lawyer, consultant, and advisor and has run his own legal practice for the last eighteen years. He is proficient in corporate, commercial, and criminal law, civil litigation, contract negotiations, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance. Steve focuses on and has extensive knowledge on global energy and mineral resources companies and brings Newcophill valuable experience previously serving as an ASX listed resources company director.

A non-executive director at Newcophill, holds a bachelor's degree in geophysics, a vital skill set required in the mining sector. With over 38 years of combined experience in technical and financial realms of the resource sector, Ian's career started as a geophysicist in exploration. Transitioning to finance, he analysed hundreds of private and publicly listed resource companies and most commodities. Ian's diverse background, geophysics expertise, extensive mining knowledge, and valuable contacts enrich the Newcophill board.
