With almost four decades of experience, including fifteen years at Deutsche Bank, Peter excels in capital raising and corporate finance. Over two decades, he has founded and managed various enterprises taking them through to profitability and currently serves as Newcophill's Chairman and CEO. With leadership roles spanning more than 20 years, Peter, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, brings extensive knowledge and experience to the company having served as a director or chair on boards since 2003.

A non-executive director at Newcophill, holds a bachelor's degree in geophysics, a vital skill set required in the mining sector. With over 38 years of combined experience in technical and financial realms of the resource sector, Ian's career started as a geophysicist in exploration. Transitioning to finance, he analysed hundreds of private and publicly listed resource companies and most commodities. Ian's diverse background, geophysics expertise, extensive mining knowledge, and valuable contacts enrich the Newcophill board.

Shaun Giacomo is Managing Director of Brisbane-based CNM, an independent resources advisory. He holds a BSc in Economic Geology (James Cook University), postgraduate Mineral Economics studies (Macquarie University), and an Investor Relations qualification (AIRA). He appears on major outlets. CNM provides technical and financial services, including project analysis, IPO geological reports, business development, and investor relations, executing global roadshows and fundraisings. Shaun has been COO/CEO and non-executive director, and previously held senior roles at SGAM and UBS.
