Aerial view of Australian mining landscape

Built on conviction. Grounded in geology.

“Newcophill– Looking to acquire, fund and grow quality Gold and Copper assets in Australia Finding Copper and Gold assets is driven by our macro view of the upcoming copper shortage over the next two decades”.

Corporate Profile

A portfolio built for the decade ahead.

Incorporated in March 2023, Newcophill is an Australian public unlisted company (ACN 666 761 628) with a singular focus: acquiring premium copper and gold assets across Australia. Our strategic approach is built on a clear-eyed view of what the global energy transition demands — and what the current supply chain cannot deliver.

We are discerning in what we pursue. We target businesses with low capital expenditure requirements, existing infrastructure, experienced management teams, long mine life, and a genuine commitment to sustainable practices. These criteria are not a checklist — they are the foundation of durable asset value.

Gold anchors the portfolio alongside copper. Together, these two metals define our mandate: contributing to Australia's mining sector growth while positioning our investors ahead of one of the most significant structural supply shifts in modern resources history.

Sustainability

Profitable returns.                        Positive outcomes.

Newcophill integrates sustainability into the core of its operations — demonstrating that responsible resource extraction and strong financial returns are not in conflict. They are the same objective.

Eco-friendly practices

Newcophill employs advanced technologies for responsible mining, minimising ecological impact across all copper and gold ventures. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than compliance alone.

Resource efficiency

Sustainable water and energy management, coupled with innovative extraction techniques, reduce pollution and waste in our mining activities. Efficiency is both an environmental and commercial imperative.

Community well-being

We invest in education, healthcare, and infrastructure in the communities where we operate, fostering genuine, long-term relationships built on mutual benefit and respect.

Governance excellence

Newcophill upholds high standards of transparency, ethical leadership, and accountability. Responsible mining begins with responsible governance at every level of the organisation.
